Project Guidelines
Instructor:
Dr. Pawan J. Lingras
The project constitutes 15% of your total marks.
The written paper is worth 10% and oral presentation is worth 5%.
Concise, easy to understand, and glitzy presentations are strongly encouraged.
You are expected to choose one of the landmark research paper
related to programming languages.
You are expected to study the paper in great detail your review should
address the following aspects:

state of programming languages before the work was published.
-
comprehensive summary of the work
-
the impact the work has had on programming languages
-
relevance of the work today
The written paper is expected to be 7-10 typed pages
(12 point Roman font, double spaced).
The oral presentations are expected to be 15 minutes long with
5 minutes for discussion.
Use of powerpoint for oral presentations is mandatory.
