I am a faculty member of Department of Mathematics and Computing Science at Saint Mary's University, Halifax, Canada. I am interested in complex networks and networ science, with particular focus on its applications in bioinformatics and wireless communications.
Prior to joining SMU, I was a postdoctoral fellow at Dalhousie University, BeikoLab working with Prof. Robert Beiko and at Memorial University, working with Prof. Ting Hu and Prof. Yuanzhu Chen .
I completed my undergraduate (Amirkabir University, Iran), MSc (Iran University of Science and Technology, Iran) and PhD degrees (Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada) in Computer Engineering.
