Papers must be submitted in PDF format using the EasyChair system here

Updates of previously submitted papers will be in effect until March 28 (11:59pm GMT)

Authors must use the LNCS-style LaTeX2e available at:
http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html

Submissions must not exceed 12 pages (in Springer-Verlag's Lecture Notes style and including bibliography). If the authors believe that more details are essential to substantiate the main claims, they may include a clearly marked appendix that will be read at the discretion of the program committee. Simultaneous submissions of papers to other conferences with published proceedings or submissions of previously published papers is not allowed. The proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in the series Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). After the conference, authors of selected papers will be invited to submit expanded versions of their papers to a Special Issue of a refereed journal---anticipated to be Theoretical Computer Science
